Fees & FAQs
It’s time to let go of what’s holding you back, so you can finally move forward.
When you enter into therapy with me, I commit to you. I ask you to be equally invested.
My caseload is small by design because in a season where everyone needs a piece of you, you deserve one hour that’s completely yours. A therapist who’s spacious, present, and fully invested. Therapy is definitely an investment of time, energy and money. My fee is $175 for 50 minute sessions.
I offer a range of services and the fees vary for each, depending on the length of session.
You can see more information about each service on their individual pages:
EMDR Intensives, Extended Sessions, and 90 Minute Sessions.
You won’t be handed a vague, open-ended process with no shape to it. We begin with stability and direction. From our very first session, you’ll understand what we’re tending to and why. The pace honors your time and your intelligence. It moves with more purpose than traditional therapy, not by hurrying you, but by turning toward what is actually driving the pattern.
Relief isn’t a distant reward waiting at the end. It’s part of how your body will let you know we’re on the right path in the first signs of something in you beginning to settle, and then to blossom.
Whether you’re the one everyone leans on, the person who holds it all together, or someone who’s finally ready to stop running on empty, you deserve a space where you don’t have to perform. The patterns you’re navigating now, the overfunctioning, traumatic stress, the difficulty slowing down, the sense that your worth is tied to how much you carry, often trace back further than the present moment. Understanding that shouldn’t come with confusion or fine print. This is an investment in your peace, not one more thing to figure out.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.
I work with high achievers and busy professional (founders, executives, physicians, entrepreneurs) and the people others rely on who look like they have it all together, yet privately feel exhausted, disconnected, or like they can never quite slow down.
Often the very traits that made you successful, the drive, the self-reliance, the instinct to hold everything together, took root long before the anxiety and patterns you're struggling with now did. Many of the people I work with grew up being the responsible one, reading the room, or meeting everyone’s needs but their own. That shaped real strengths. It also shaped patterns that can quietly wear you down: overfunctioning, difficulty resting, relationships where you give far more than you receive, and a nervous system that never fully powers off.
So while people come to me for things like anxiety, trauma therapy, stress, burnout, or feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, the deeper work is usually the same: understanding how your past shaped the way you’re surviving now, and gently building a life where you no longer have to earn your right to rest.
You don’t have to keep holding it all alone. That’s the work we do together.
I am a certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and trained in Psychedelic assisted psychotherapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), the Psychedelic Research And Training Institute, ATMA, and Polaris Insight Center.
I utilize an integrated trauma treatment approach combining various trauma centered therapeutic methods to create a personalized and holistic treatment plan. This method recognizes that trauma affects individuals differently and that a single treatment modality may not be sufficient.
Modalities I Utilize:
Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Internal Family Systems Therapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Somatic Experiencing.

No, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
Restoring Clarity is considered Out of Network Provider which means that you would pay our $175 fee at the time of service and then we will help you request reimbursement from your health insurance company utilizing your Out Of Network Benefits. It’s easier than you would expect.
Insurance does not currently cover the cost of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Things You Need To Be Aware Of If You Choose To Use Your Mental Health Benefits
Most clients prefer to privately pay for sessions as insurance companies request client records including session notes often for review and require therapist to provide a mental health diagnosis that goes into your permanent medical record. A mental health diagnosis is required or the insurance company will not cover the cost of therapy services. It is common that mental health benefit plans dictate the amount of sessions you are able to receive. Meaning, you may be required to end therapy abruptly due to the terms of your insurance plan which can interfere with your progress.

When speaking with your insurance provider, you may consider asking the following:
I accept debit cards, credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards through my online HIPAA secure platform. You are able to pay for therapy using pre-tax dollars through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA). 48 hours advance notice is required: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, if you must cancel the appointment for any reason, you are required to notify me of the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance so that the therapy time may be given to another client. My clients have always been very respectful and it is rare that clients cancel. However, due to my current schedule and to support other clients who are on the waiting list who will need enough time to schedule off from work or set up childcare, if you must cancel the appointment for any reason, you are required to notify me at least 48 hours in advance so that therapy time may be given to another client in need.
Since there is always a waiting list, I am able to fill cancellations. If you miss the appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session rate of $200, Please note that insurance companies do not cover/reimburse for missed appointments. As a result, these charges are the entire responsibility of the client. I will charge missed appointment on the date of the missed session to the credit card on file.
You may cancel an appointment by sending an email to cristina@emdrtherapyheals.com
